Stephen Carlisle is a proud East Montgomery County resident. He is the City of Roman Forest Police Chief and has over 20 years law enforcement experience, with the majority of his service in East Montgomery County. He is married to the lovely Laura Carlisle, of Laura's Dog Grooming, and is the proud father of U.S. Army Private Cody Carlisle, who graduated from Porter High School in 2014.
Stephen is active in the community and involved in many worthwhile charitable, law enforcement, and community organizations. He proudly serves with the Shriners, Fraternal Order of Police, Sons of American Legion, Masonic Lodge, Boy Scouts of America, FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association, Texas Police Chiefs Association, the Eastern Star, and many more.
He also regularly attends Greater East Montgomery County Chamber meetings, as well as other community gatherings, to maintain familiarity with the community and gain insight into the desires and concerns of those who continue to invest in the future of East Montgomery County.
He has served on many boards and committees in Montgomery County, including as a Commissioner of the Porter Fire Department, ESD 6.
Stephen Carlisle has a record of proven leadership, conflict resolution, crisis management and working with community leaders to achieve positive results for our citizens. Devoted to improving the quality of life for the residents of East Montgomery County, he will work with the Board to achieve positive results and increase economic growth.

He was elected to Position 6 in 2014. His term expires in 2018.
